By downloading or using Go Potty (“the App”) or visiting fetchlabs.ai (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

Use of the App

Go Potty is a puppy care tool provided for informational and convenience purposes. It is not a substitute for veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns about your pet.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or any portion of it.

Free & Premium tiers

Core features are free and will remain free. Premium features, when launched, will be available via in-app subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be displayed at the point of purchase and governed by Apple App Store / Google Play Store terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App and Site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Fetch Labs LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate. Your use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fetch Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
