Our commitment

Go Potty is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. The app works entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that store your puppy's potty logs, and we do not sell, share, or monetise your personal information.

What we collect

Go Potty (mobile app): All data — puppy profile, potty logs, schedule settings — is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not transmit this data to any server.

This website (fetchlabs.ai): We use standard web server logs that may include your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used solely for debugging and security purposes and are not linked to any personal identity.

Waitlist / email capture: If you voluntarily submit your email address through our waitlist form, we store that address to send you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Push notifications

If you grant notification permissions, Go Potty uses on-device alarm scheduling to fire reminders locally. No device token is sent to our servers unless you opt into cloud-backed reminders (a future Premium feature).

Analytics & advertising

Go Potty contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking pixels. This website does not use Google Analytics or any equivalent.

Children

Go Potty is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where required by law, notify you directly.
